TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Hai Zhu Trading. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our food products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. PRODUCT QUALITY & CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY
We ensure that all products leave our facility in optimal condition and meet strict safety standards. However, because our products are perishable agricultural/food commodities:
* The customer assumes full responsibility for providing proper, clean, dry, and cool storage environments immediately upon receipt.
* We do not warrant or guarantee product quality if items are stored improperly or kept past their recommended shelf life after delivery. We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from negligence in product handling or storage post-delivery.

2. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Hai Zhu Trading, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy for unopened, defective goods.

4. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
